Love it!

Melanie Marks is such an amazing author. I love her books so very much. this book is about two girls having crushes on the same boys Justin, Daniel, and Matt. But they are fighting over the boys and everything goes crazy for Nicole.

Maggie has a special gift where people want to tell her their secrets and once they realize they have done it, they get all embarrassed and it causes her to have a hard time making friends. This book shows us that it is hard to be a kid and we face problems that a lot of times are out of our control and to just try and see the world through other peoples eyes.

I really liked the book “Krista Pompey – The Becoming” by Chana Thompson because I love the story. It is very interesting to see how Krista, an 11-year-old girl, who just moved to the States copes with her newly found talent. Seeing her struggle with conflicts that threaten to make her feel alone, but then watching as she fights back and regains control of the situation was very inspiring. I would definitely recommend it to other pre-teens and teens that like interesting fictional stories.

This was an interesting read, although much of it uses Old-English and is hard to understand at times. Many of the childish adventures that Tom and Huck have are those I fantasize about, making the story one I couldn't put down. Excitement, jokes, and relatable episodes make this book great.
