Jinx of the black lynx is the best story in the series! The author did a great job describing the forest, wild fire, and the charictors.

I think that the problem of the story is current and can be related to right now. This story will help readers learn more about endangered animals and caged hunting than what it's supposed to show- a girl named Martine who finds out that she has power over animals. The details the author writes makes the book boring.

Mouse Soup by Arnold Lobe was a grate book.It was about a mouse that gets captured by a weasel but the mouse has a escape plan. Read the book and see what the escape plan is. The author was trying to persuade the odents to read more

Spiderwick is a great book. It is about goblins and the three Grace children. They have a book and the goblins want it. So they need to destroy the book or they will die. I think the series is fantastic! I think this would good for ages 10 and up.
