A Summer Spell #1 (Magic Kitten)
By Sue Bentley
This book is so heart touching I totally recomed it to kids who like cats. I opened it in my classroom and when I saw the tiny kitty I knew it was going to be a book that I want to read. I just love cats and it was the best book ever. I mean the kitten to the grandparents was so cute. My favorite part was when the grandma offered to make a little toy mouse for flame. It was such a great book that I think people of any age should read over the holiday time. I kept reading this book all day and finished it in 2 days. I totally recomed this book to every one. :):):).
Scorched (Scorched series)
By Mari Mancusi
DragonQueen
This book is amazing!!!! It has everything! Danger, comedy, magic, romance, and more. Trinity goes though so much. Is the dragon friend or foe? will the two twins on opposite sides come together to help her or kill each other first? in the end of this book leaves you on the edge of your seat and begging to read more. I very highly suggest reading this book!!!!!!:p And don't forget to read book 2!!!!!!

Danger Is Still Everywhere: Beware of the Dog! (Danger Is Everywhere)
By David O'Doherty
This is the sequel of one of my favourite books. In this instalment, Docter (not doctor) Noel Zone is back. Read this book to become a level 2 FOD (Full On Dangerologist) and find out these questions: Will Noel Zone get over his fears? What happened to Max Wurst? And last but not least: Will Noel Zone talk to Gretel? Read this funny book to find out.
Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims: Time-Travel Adventures with Exceptional Americans
By Rush Limbaugh
"Rush, rush, rushing into history!" So, you may think this is just another boring book about history. But it is far from it! Join Rush Revere, history teacher and iced tea poster-man, and his talking horse (yep, you heard that right! A TALKING HORSE!) named Liberty in their time travel adventures to important events in history, such as the Mayflower and the first Thanksgiving, which this book is about!! And let's not forget Tommy and Freedom. They're just regular kids in Rush's history class who happen to figure out Rush and Freedom's time traveling secret. When they get to the Mayflower, they are blown away. WOW, was life hard! Reading the story is like actually being there, and you get the full scoop about how life was like back then. And the first Thanksgiving is really cool, too! This book is DEFINITELY NOT your traditional history book, and also DEFINITELY NOT boring!! Written by highly rated national radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh, this book is a refreshing take on important events in the USA's history! I highly recommend this book to ages 7+ and rate it 4/5 stars.
