For a full hour, he poured lemonade. The world is a thirsty place, he thought as he nearly emptied his fourth pitcher of the day. And I am the Lemonade King.

Fourth-grader Evan Treski is people-smart. He’s good at talking with people, even grownups. His younger sister, Jessie, on the other hand, is math-smart, but not especially good with people. So when the siblings’ lemonade stand war begins, there really is no telling who will win—or even if their fight will ever end. Brimming with savvy marketing tips for making money at any business, definitions of business terms, charts, diagrams, and even math problems, this fresh, funny, emotionally charged novel subtly explores how arguments can escalate beyond anyone’s intent.

I like The Lemonade War because it helps you know how to earn money with lemonade. Evan and Jessie are going to be in the same class. Jessie's brother gets mad because he doesn't want his sister to embarrass him. Then they start a lemonade .

This book is about a brother ( Evan)and a sister ( Jessie). Jessie is very smart and Evan is not as smart as Jessie. He has trouble with math. Jessie is so smart that she able to go to the forth grade, which means the she skips the third grade. Both Jessie and Evan find out that they are both in the same class in the forth grade. Evan gets so mad, so they make a bet that is called the LEMONADE WAR. In the end they make up and read to see who wins the LEMONADE WAR .

This book was good. It is a realistic story about two siblings fighting about who could make more money. They team up with other people and as the book goes on more problems are faced.

This book is about kids who fight for the price of lemonade. They each try to make the most money by selling lemonade, and the most exciting part, is when the other team puts _______ in the lemonade!!
