This is one of the best books that I have ever read in my entire life (so far).

This is the second book of the Olympus series and its sooooo good !~!!! Rick Riordan you are a good author from all of the books you wrote Ex. Kane chronicles , The heroes of Olympus, and The Percy Jackson series

Percy Jackson come backs, but now is in Camp Jupiter. He has no memories and only remembers Annabeth. Hazel, and Frank also join in the series. Except now they are going on a mission to rescue the death god Thanthos.
Great overall idea of the book. It was so exciting.
I have read plenty of books that always want to make me go "Wow," in the review. This one made me go "Whoa." This is the only book I have read so far that has been capable to make me feel this way. I understand that there are plenty of other emotional, heartbreaking books out on the shelves that would probably make you go "Whoa," but this one made me understand it from a different point of view. The Son of Neptune made me hold a higher respect for fictional books that usually we just read to read. We don't read them for the experience but usually because we want to read about something cool that's not on this world. We read them so we can get distracted by our normal boring eat-cereal-go-to-school-go-to-bed lifestyle. At least, that's what I thought. Then I read this book. It actually made me realize that there is some emotion going on in these books. There is some relativity going on that we just ignore because we are only reading this book for enjoyment, not emotion. The Son of Neptune was just so strong in emotion that I realized what we were all missing out on. I read The Fifth Wave and now I was like, "Okay, wow. This is different," because The Son of Neptune changed it. In the best way possible of course. I am not so comfortable with a lot of new characters being introduced into a book but I learned to get over it because it all eventually feeds into the plot. I have never been so moved by a book before in a different way than usual.
It's a great book and an amazing sequel to the first. You should read it because it is fun to read and exiting.
I just can't Wait to read it. I think it will the best.
