At the conclusion of The Mark of Athena, Annabeth and Percy tumble into a pit leading straight to the Underworld. The other five demigods have to put aside their grief and follow Percy's instructions to find the mortal side of the Doors of Death. If they can fight their way through Gaea's forces, and Percy and Annabeth can survive the House of Hades, then the Seven will be able to seal the Doors from both sides and prevent the giants from raising Gaea. But, Leo wonders, if the Doors are sealed, how will Percy and Annabeth be able to escape?

They have no choice. If the demigods don't succeed, Gaea's armies will never die. They have no time. In about a month, the Romans will march on Camp Half-Blood. The stakes are higher than ever in this adventure that dives into the depths of Tartarus.

This paperback edition will include a never-before-seen short story, "The Crown of Ptolemy," in which Percy and Annabeth fight alongside Carter and Sadie Kane, and more bonus content!

Before Percy and Annabeth fall into Tartarus, Percy makes Nico promise to meet him on the other side of the Doors of Death in Epirus. As Percy and Annabeth stumble through the place no man has ever survived in, the Argo 2 and its crew are having a tough time fighting monsters and such. Will they be able to find the Doors of Death? Find out by reading The House of Hades! This book has many cliffhangers, and it was my new favorite book as soon as I finished it!

House of Hades is the 4th book in the Heroes of Olympus series. More adventures await Percy and Annabeth, as well as the rest of the Argo crew. While Percy and Annabeth are stuck in Tartarus, they find some old friends down there. Up above on the Argo, Jason and Nico have a few adventures of their own, leading to a startling discovery about Nico. There are so many other things in this great book that you'll just have to read to find out!

The House of Hades is the fourth book in the Heroes of Olympus series. Percy and Annabeth are trapped in Tartarus, and they need to escape because they cannot survive there. I recommend this book to Rick Riordan readers, action readers, and Greek mythology readers. I rate this 5/5.

i love this book so much !! !!!!!!!!

I have read this book more times than I can count.

This book is really, really good, this is my all time favorite series and if someone hasn't read it yet, I highly recommend this book and the rest of this series.

I recently read this book and found it very interesting. In the fourth installment of the Heroes Of Olympus series Percy and Annabeth are stranded in Tartarus and have only each other and a friendly Titan named Bob to reach the Doors Of Death, return to the land of the living, and completely shut the doors so monsters stay dead. However this book also tells about the exciting adventures that the rest of the crew on the Argo 2 experience. This book is really good and hard to put down. Also if you are a fan of Percy's personal series you will be super excited about Leo's little mini-adventure he embarks on in this book. So, if you haven't read this book yet, READ IT!!!!!!!!!

I decided to read this book because it was the next book in the series and it is very interesting.

The book before it left me hanging LITERALLY

I am a percy jackson fan and love Rick Riodran's unique style of writing.
