In school I’ve been reading Fantasy books. I really like this genre because you can really use your imagination, and go beyond our world. The summaries for this series are exciting, and the concept in intresting. If I get this book, I can use some techniques we learned in class, plus I need some books to read over the Summer.

Almanacs are always very interesting, with facts on everything and vivid pictures. Plus, it’s by National Geographic! I read a lot of their books and they are awesome! The have amazing facts and really cool pictures. So both together are great!

This is a very good book. It is about a twelve year old criminal mastermind named Artemis Fowl, with his bodyguard Butler. In order to get money to rescue his missing father, Artemis kidnaps Holly Short, a fairy of the LEPrecon. But he might have underestimated the power of the faires.

Book Scavenger is a great book about Emily, a girl who just moved to San Francisco. She become friends with a boy named James, who shares the love of puzzles. When Emily’s idol Garrison Griswold (creator of book scavenger) is shot, Emily and James have to race to find his new game before some others do.
