Charlie and The Great Glass Elevator is the second book to Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. It's about how Charlie and his family and of course the great chocolate inventor; Mr.Wonka go on an great adventure out in to space. For some reason, Mr.Wonka did something wrong and they were coming closer and closer to the Space Hotel U.S.A. they go in and Charlie's grandparents are freaking out like crazy and...if you really want to find out more, you'll need to read the book. It's really good! :-)

Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator by Roald Dahl Reviewed by Tomas Z (age 10) This story is about a little boy called Charlie Bucket that lived in a little house, but fortunately he had WON Willy Wonka's chocolate factory! In the great glass elevator Charlie together with his family and with Willy Wonka, have daring adventures in orbit around the Earth surviving from the knibs. What is a knib? If you want to discover it, read this book and you will find out. I really enjoyed this awesome book because it´s a very adventurous book. It´s very fun the way that Roald Dahl invents words.He describes the characters a lot and I think that all of you should read this wonderful book. I recommend this awesome book to everyone that likes great glass elevators, knids, adventure and fantasy. Once you'll start reading, you will not stop till you finish!

This story is about Mr Wonka and Charlie who tried to go into the enormous chocolate factory with a great glass elevator but suddenly when they were in the space they met an enormous beast. This animals started to attack but when something happened, the beasts died. Luckily they were back to the chocolate factory. Then Mr. Wonka made a potion to make the grandmas younger. Do you want want to know what happened to them? Will Mr. Wonka and the rest survived the beasts? Roald Dahl makes an excellent job. It made me feel as if I was on the great glass elevator with the beasts . For me the characters are not believable. The author described the characters very well. I liked this book because it has action and if you read one part, you want to continue reading because in every moment there is a problem of action. I also liked the author’s writing style because he uses invented words. I recommend this book to anyone who likes action and problems happening in space.

I really want to read this book because I have read many other books by Roald Dahl and I love his stories. I've already read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The Giraffe and the Pelly and Me, George's Marvelous Medicine, James and the Giant Peach, and The Magic Finger.
