This book may be the best I have ever read! It had me reading in the car, over the weekend, and I even preferred reading it instead of watching TV. It has a similar feeling of darkness that Pretty Little Liars has. When I was reading, there was a movie going on in my head. The descriptions Shepard gave provided me with small details. I could picture the way the characters moved and what they looked like. I was so disappointed when I finished, so I looked up the book and found out that there is a sequel. I am currently reading it, and it is just as fantastic, if not better than the first. I whole-heartedly recommend the two if you are looking for a juicy and suspenseful novel.
