Good really book cake
Alexis Becker is exactly what everyone thinks she is: professional, business-oriented, excellent at math, and hardworking. But what no one knows is that Alexis a true romantic at heart. And when she finds herself falling for one of her best friend Emma Taylor's brothers, Matt, she is in a true tug-of-war with herself. She is too anxious to tell Emma about her crush; instead, like the true businesswoman she is, Alexis creates lists and collects data to get Matt to notice her. She listens in on her older sister's conversations and tries to weasel information out of a gradually-more-suspicious Emma. But when Alexis' older sister Dylan becomes crazed over her birthday party and possibly more, Alexis realizes that it is okay to take it slow. A wonderful book about the romance associated with teen years, this is the perfect novel for people coming of age.
I loved this book! it was so good. I loved this book because of the characters were so funny and I have some connections in this book. I really recommend this book because of its characters. I think you should read this!!
The book that I read was called Alexis And The Perfect Recipe. This is a book in a series called the Cupcake Diaries this one is the fourth book by Coco Simon. In Alexis And The Perfect Recipe Alexis is in a club called the cupcake club with her three friends Mia, Katie, and Emma. Emma has a brother named Matt which Alexis develops a crush on but doesn’t know how to tell her friends. Since Alexis is in a cupcake club she has to make cupcakes for her sister Dylan’s party with her other friends. At the party Emma’s whole family is invited so Alexis gets really excited and she sets a goal to dance with Matt. After that the rest of the story is Alexis trying to accomplish her goal. I would not recommend this book for older kids but maybe for younger kids. I wouldn't recommend this book because it is really easy and doesn't teach you anything.
I think this is too much about boys... my 7 year old reads this series because she is at a 5th grade reading level and this particular book was all about "crushes" and how Alexis likes Emma's older brother...too much for younger audience that can read on much higher levels,,,
I read this series all, but not this! Can somebody who have this book borrow it to me? OMG. I'll love it.
It is really, really, really, REALLY good!
