Cinderellis and the Glass Hill (Princess Tales)

Cinderellis and the Glass Hill (Princess Tales)

By Gail Carson Levine

This book was funny and was cinderella but as a BOY! It was hilarious to read that the princess thought Ellis was a monster ! The detail about the cat was humerous ,too . If you're like me and thought this easy read was funny ,I would suggest finding the rest of the series.

There's a little boy who wanted a dog, His mom kept saying "no" to him. Then he asked for a pet dragon. The mom said she had never heard of a dragon for a pet. She said if he could find one, he could have it. The boy looked everywhere. Finally, he found a dragon at the drug store. At first, the dragon would not come home with him. The boy offered to let him play with his toys, so then the dragon agrees and comes home with him. He makes a huge mess, doesn't help with chores, and roasts food in the living room. At the end, they get a dog to scare the dragon away.

Dragon's Breath (Tales of the Frog Princess)

Dragon's Breath (Tales of the Frog Princess)

By E. D. Baker

E.D. Baker does it again! Another suspense-filled book. Things I loved: the characters, Emma's growing relationship with Eadric, and the funny times. Things I didn't like: nothing. Everything was really well-done.

Kitten's First Full Moon

Kitten's First Full Moon

By Kevin Henkes

I read this book to my brother. I like how the illustrator did a good job adding to the author's words. I've read it a few times.

Where's Walrus?

Where's Walrus?

By Stephen Savage

I give this book 5 stars! It has just pictures. Depending on the pictures, you can make the story say what you want. The pictures tell a story. After we read it forwards, we read it backwards because there were no words. Everyone if my family took turns "reading" it backwards and forwards.

The Odd Squad, King Karl (An Odd Squad Book)

The Odd Squad, King Karl (An Odd Squad Book)

By Michael Fry

This book was so so funny! It takes serious imagination to write something like this .I would recomend this to grades 2-5.If you read this ,to get the full story read "Bully Bait" and "Zero Tolerance".

Lucy & Andy Neanderthal: The Stone Cold Age (Lucy and Andy Neanderthal)

Lucy & Andy Neanderthal: The Stone Cold Age (Lucy and Andy Neanderthal)

By Jeffrey Brown

It redefined the first book.It was good for Lucy and Andy to have some new friends and I personally thought that the ending was kinda cheesy but it made my smile none the less.
