This is a great book of being unique and finding friendship where you don't expect to find any. This book is one of my favorite books since I was young and I have loved it so much!

The story revolves around Fern Arable, an eight-year-old girl. She was heartbroken when she found out that her father was planning to kill the weakest piglet from the litter. Fern convinced her father that the piglet deserved a chance to live and that she would take care of it. She named the piglet Wilbur and became very attached to him. As Wilbur grew bigger, Fern had to sell him to her uncle, Homer Zuckerman, who owned a barn full of animals that didn't welcome Wilbur. When Wilbur learned that he was going to be slaughtered for Christmas dinner, he became distressed. What would happen next? Read to find out more! -Victoria

Fern Arable, a young girl of about eight who has saved the pig, Wilbur, from her father, Mr. John Arable from killing Wilbur. Ever since, Fern has been fond of Wilbur, but when Wilbur was only one month old, the Arables sold Wilbur to Fern`s uncle, Mr. Homer L. Zuckerman. But the other animals that Wilbur has known and met doesn`t even want to play with him, and he only could do; talk with Templeton the rat. Until he met the spider which is named Charlotte. The ending is very sad; Charlotte dies, and she has laid 514 eggs of which three daughters which that Charlotte has laid; Joy, Aranea, and Nellie which has made Wilbur so happy. I would definitely recommend this book! - Happy Reading!
