I gave it five stars because it started off ok but before it ended everyone was friends its a very cool BOOK!

There is a lot of twists and turns
This is such a great book! I absolutely love it! It’s about a girl who moved to a new state. She has no friends and is lonely. Her mother ran away and her father isn’t the nicest. Read this book to see what happens with a girl and a dog. This book is great!

I highly recommend this book by Kate DiCamillo. In this inspiring book, a little girl named Opal whose mom abandoned her early in life, becomes best friends with a dog named Winn Dixie. A lonely little girl in a little town in Florida, branches out and makes many surprising friends thanks to this special dog. Read it to find out if Opal ever finds her mom.
