Goosebumps the Haunted Mask by R.L Stine is a horror novel that follows a girl named Carly that gets scared by everyone but now wants to be the one to scare people so she buys a haunted mask that comes with some unknown side effects. This novel is about learning how to just accept who you are as a person. This novel did a great job at showing the true horror of a haunted mask. I would recommend this book as a 4 out of 5 stars.
