Hey guys so this will be long but I'm getting braces soon and I tell everyone I'm excited but deep down I'm a little scared so if anyone has gotten braces plz answer these questions Does it hurt when they put them in.Does it hurt when they take them out.What are some foods you can't eat because I hate candy no offense to candy lovers.Also I've been thinking about changing My username and profile based off of my recent comments and how you think I am what do you think it should be.Also I'm so terribly sorry I haven't been that active I try mostly to get on during night if not at noon but since it is my spring break I will be on alot.Happy easter👗🐣💐🍭 .....Shoutout to dream_beyond she is very inspiring and I love that about her P.S loving the new avatar.:):):):)')~By bbys -Soccergirl39

hi so im getting braces soon so what ive heard that is is a bit weird getting them on and of but you get to choose your color. foods no gum i heard their are some popcorns u can eat

Don't be scared it will be alr!!! it only hurts after the appointment to me at least (tip:take a pain reliever before the appointment so it kicks in on time) when ppl say it hurt they mean they apply a little pressure but not a lot hope this helped!!! Foods you can't eat:Popcorn, anything hard or sticky. syrup is ok, and and when u get then on they with prob give a list btw Don't be scared!! and don't ;et fear over come you!! :)

I'm getting my braces off this week! It'll be a lot better once I can eat everything I love again... but straight teeth are nice too!

It hurts a bit when you're getting braces, and your teeth might feel a little sore while eating, but the pain goes away. You can't eat hard candy and sticky stuff. Hope this helped!
Hi @soccergirl39, I had braces nearly 1 year, i`m been dreading about having braces, but i will answer your questions, at first, when people put on the braces for 1st time, it took about 2 hours because of the glue and stuff, but at first, it will likely hurt only for few days but i don`t really rememeber if hurt after this... people who have braces will not have an gums and popcorns or other foods that are hard or crunchy... it`ll not hurt when takes braces off because they just do this fast but it will take about 2 hours...(my older sister used to have braces so she helping me understand and take good care of the braces)

Some exciting news: I am going to my first-ever formal dance at the end of this month! I am homeschooled, and before this year the only formal dance offered was expensive and always had a waitlist, but this year, a different group is hosting one! The theme is "Secret Garden", and I'll be going with a group of 3 other friends. Can't wait to let you guys know what my dress looks like after I go shopping for one!
