On Easter Monday, 30,000 lucky kids and adults were fortunate enough to not only be the guests of the First Family and join them in their annual egg hunt, but also, meet some amazing celebrities like Justin Bieber, J.K. Rowling and the entire cast of the new television blockbuster, 'Glee'.

Other celebrities included Dylan and Cole Sprouse, (Suite Life of Zack and Cody), Hollywood actor, Reese Witherspoon, folk music singer, Billy Jonas, Olympic medalist, Apollo Ohno, and a number of football players from the Washington Redskins. Also in attendance, were Sesame Street's Elmo and Maria.

In keeping with the First Lady's mission to teach young children to lead a healthy lifestyle, the theme of yesterday's party was, Ready, Set, Go! - Which was not a problem, given the myriad of activities available.

The party kicked off with a brief welcome from the President and First Lady, who then joined in the festivities which started with one of the hundreds of egg roll hunts organized for kids 12 and under. After that, kids were encouraged to listen to guest readers, play hoops with the Prez himself, toss a few balls with the NFL players or watch the amazing bands and performances - In essence, do something to nourish the mind or body!

The President read Dr. Seuss's 'Green Eggs And Ham' to a rapt audience of young kids, while J.K. Rowling entertained her audience with a chapter from 'Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone'. She also promised her fans that she would continue to write. We for one, can't wait to see what her next book is about.

Sixteen-year old singing sensation, Justin Bieber, mesmerized the crowd with some of his hit songs, which included One Time and Baby. Fans of 'Glee' (which includes Michele Obama), were not disappointed with their live performance atop the Rock n' Egg Roll Stage either. Also performing were Sara Bareilles, the #1 Chinchilla and the gang from Sesame Street.

After a fun-filled day, the kids were treated to some healthy but yummy treats, prepared by some of the country's finest chefs - And if that wasn't enough fun, they also each receive a 'goody' bag on their way out!

While the White House Egg Roll is an annual tradition that dates all the way back to 1847, we think the guest list has become a lot 'cooler' since Malia and Sasha Obama started residing in the White House - Don't you agree?

If you would like to attend next year's Egg Roll, be sure to enter your name in the lottery that will be advertised on the White House website in March, 2011 - You may be one of the lucky 30,000 names that gets picked.
